She loves to go "ow ide" (outside) and enjoys the "wing" (swing) at our neighbors house. She likes her "side" (slide) that her cousin Olivia gave to her. She cant climb the ladder yet, but she can go down the slide all by herself.
She LOVES to eat sweets. She likes cookies, cucakes (cupcakes), cackers (crackers) and oweo's (oreo's). Basically anything that will rot out her teeth, ha! She likes gaga (ice cream)too (and so does her mommy). Not sure why all the other words sound so close to the real thing and ice cream is so random, but it is still so cute. I will be sad when she doesnt say it like that one day.
She weighs around 23 lbs. She is still pretty short (pretty much one of the shortest in her Sunday School Class) and is also the only girl. Although sometimes another girl comes.
She wakes up around 7:30am and goes to bed between 8-8:30pm. She sleeps all night, but sometimes she wakes up (if she is getting sick). Everyday when she wakes up, she wants to eat moatmeal (oatmeal) and then is ready to go after that. It is almost like her coffee :)
She wears 12-18 mth clothes and still wears a size 3 diaper. I tried the 4's and they are too big. (Told ya she was petite). She wears either a size 4 or 5 shoe. She is finally letting me put flip-flops on, but that took about 4 weeks of trying them on every weekend. They are the kind with the strap on the back.
She takes great naps. Sometimes she will sleep in the morning and afternoon, but usually she takes about a 2-3 hr nap in the middle of the day. She eats breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. And then begs for oweo's.
She walks, runs, climbs (although she still cant get on the couch, praise the Lord!)
She absolutely LOVES books. When we go into Barnes and Noble it is seriously what you would imagine a kid in a candy store is like. She just squeals in delight, spins and around and continues to show me different books. She loves the Usborne "That's not my...." books and also likes Sandra Boynton. She also likes to point, with her index finger, to pictures in the books and then she names them.
She will drink joos (juice), but prefers water. She likes chocolate milk.
She has started to have temper tantrums. I try real hard to not let her see me laughing. So far it is working. We redirect most of them time, unless she really gets out of hand. Then we just try to take away what she was throwing, hitting, etc. She can be winey, but my husband says that I can be too.
She is very silly. She likes to tickle you and hide and say "boo." She also will give you hugs and kisses.
Overall, she is just a little angel. We are so blessed to have such an amazing gift from God.
Proverbs 22:6- Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.
